Work with us
Making Room is always increasing its staff force, as more clients take the brave first step of asking for our help.
If you think you have the dedication to work with our clients and support them to de-clutter their homes and regain control of their daily lives, please send a short cover letter (no more than 1 A4) and your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Volunteer with us
Making Room always welcomes and supports the contribution of volunteers in our service, as your valuable contribution to our service enables us to reach even more adults who are ready to work with us.
If you think would like to volunteer your time to Making Room, please send a short cover letter (no more than 1 A4) and your CV to email@example.com outlining what area of our service you would like to volunteer in.
We are always very interested to hear from third level students looking for work placements, and are in discussion with a number of universities across London to arrange this. If you would like more information on this, or would like to arrange a meeting to consider this for your university or course, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Making Room’s helpline is available to anyone looking for advice on hoarding and collecting. Open three mornings a week, we answer and advise on a range of questions, to clients, family and friends of adults who collect, and professionals involved in the support of their clients who hoard.
Our helpline number is 0330 088 5684 and is open every Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10am - 1pm. You can leave a voice message for a call-back outside of these hours which will be answered during the next helpline session.
